VISIT one of the market’s hot food stalls or get into the festive spirit with a mulled wine, hot roasted chestnuts or a mince pie.

Enjoy a leisurely drink, tea and cake or meal in one of Knaresborough's many pubs, cafes or restaurants, located throughout the town centre and by the riverside.

WITNESS the famous viaduct river view from the historic castle ruins, take the fun town window trail or simply enjoy a stroll along Waterside.

From the Market Place, follow Kirkgate down to the train station and onwards to the stunning Christmas Tree Festival at St John’s Church, with over 70 beautifully decorated trees.

Firework Finale

There will be a firework display at 4.30pm on Sunday, as usual, which can be seen from any viewpoint which overlooks the river area.

Pet owners please note that the display lasts for about 20 minutes.
