These three organisations came together to rescue the Christmas Market when its future was threatened. Together the committee members work to promote, organise and ensure the future of the market, which is regarded as a valuable asset to the town. It is a Not For Profit enterprise.

This year we have also received support from David Skaith, Mayor of York and North Yorkshire and part-funding from York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority as part of the Vibrant and Sustainable High Streets Fund.
